Enrolment Process

Complete the enrolment application form and attach:

  • IELTS /PTE/ TOEFL test report demonstrating required English proficiency;
  • Any prior completed or incomplete qualification(s);
  • Details of any relevant work experience or application for credit transfer or recognition of prior learning

Goldthorn College offers a list of partnering education agents on its website. Please contact an education agent in your location for any assistance with the enrolment procedure.

An application fee of 300AUD (non-refundable) is payable at the time of application. This can be paid via:

  • Direct bank transfer
  • Credit card (we accept VISA and Mastercard) (Surcharge @2.5% applies)
  • Bank draft/bank cheque (in Australian dollars only)

Should your application be successful, Goldthorn College will send the Letter of Offer to you or your education agent. This letter of offer will contain the following information:

  • The course you have successfully entered
  • Course commencement dates
  • Fees due and dates payable, Terms and conditions applicable to the offer

Upon receipt of the course fees, Goldthorn College will provide you with formal notification that you have been accepted into a course of study. A copy of your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) will be forwarded directly to you or your education agent.

Once you have received your CoE, you are able to apply for a student visa with your nearest Australian Embassy or High Commission. Please ensure that you allow sufficient time prior to your commencement for student visa processing.
